Domestic Shipping

Shipping will be calculated by the carrier. Please select the type of shipping you prefer. Note: some items may melt during shipping but should return to a solid state once placed in a cool location or you may refrigerate for a brief time.

 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return a product, you must notify us of your intention within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to hygiene reasons we can only accept UNUSED products with securement devices intact for a full refund. Product must be received within 14 days of purchase and be in re-sellable condition. All return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Your refund will be processed once the return has been received and evaluated for re-sellability. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT GOODS ~

We must be notified within 1 day of receipt of any damage or incorrect orders. While we package our items with the same care we make them there is always a risk of them arriving to you damaged. We cannot guarantee the shipping company has adequately protected the box and therefore are not able to refund items that arrive damaged. For items that are incorrect or missing from your order please check through the box thoroughly before notifying us of the discrepancy. All orders are checked carefully at time of fulfillment, again at packaging and just prior to shipping to help minimize the chance of errors.

CANCELLATIONS ~

You may cancel your order at any time before shipping. Cancellations after shipment will be treated as returns.
